Well-known BBC radio and television presenter Peter Snow visits Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, for the first time since 1970, when he interviewed the late Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, and Lt Col David Neild, the then Commander of the RAK Mobile Force, for a news report for ITN on the eve of the formation of the UAE. Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office captured the day Mr. Snow returned to see for himself the dramatic progress made in Ras Al Khaimah.
