Forty-six years after the Freshwater Memorial Hall meeting that decided the fate of the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival, islanders again flocked to the Hall – this time to hear Festival Organiser Ray Foulk and see the exhibition of fantastic photographs of the event.
The event saw the launch of Ray Foulk’s second book on the Festival, The Last Great Event: with Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison.
